is established in the year 1965 & engaged in the activity of manufacturing and export of agricultural Discs implements, machinery and spares along with forging work over the last many years It has employed about 400 workers & 50 professionals for the activities such as manufacturing, marketing, quality control & the team is working in a cohesive manner under the overall leadership of Mr. Rahul Katyal Chairman Each department is handled by the experts/professional/departmental team..
We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers of tillage discs blades in Asia having turnover 20 million USD Annually. The company has five manufacturing units in Karnal in the covered area of 4 Lacs Sq Ft of land. The unit is equipped with state of art machinery and using latest technology for manufacturing of discs of different specifications and sizes, which fit into most of the major international and Indian agricultural machinery. Presently we are manufacturing around 150 types of Discs of various sizes i.e all size ranging form 12 inches (304.8mm) to 30’’ inches (762mm) in diameter and 2.5 mm to 12 mm in thickness, Discs blades are manufactured by cross rolling process from high carbon steel, rolled billets of grade SAE 1070, SAE 1080, Chrome Manganese steel & Boron Steel. Our product has cutting edged in technology due to top quality material used & backed by strong research & development by the professionals. Disc blades made out of cross rolled sheets are stronger, tougher & have much lesser wear & tear so it has longer field life & also perform more efficiently in the field.
We have at present the capacity of, manufacturing, around 2.0 Millions pieces of Disc Blades, 15000 complete implements, 1.2 Millions Rotavator Blades & forging of, around 2500 MT of material, P.A. | |
Our unit has been assessed, for performance & credit rating based on the guides as approved by the Government of India, Ministry of MSME through NSIC & as approved by the Indian Bank Association,& is classified as SE 2A, i.e. “HIGH PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY & HIGH FINANCIAL STRENGTH” by ONICRA, a performance & credit Rating Agency.
